I have reviewed the last report you sent and it does have more of the
information I was looking for. I still have one question though. Your
report included comparable sales data for properties close to the one
I asked about, including sellers and buyers of the property. I am
trying to find out, from this title search, owner information on 5530
Parkside.

The second one sent me a property report promising comps
and then left out the comps...
