SBA Title Search

What you get:

Title search report meeting the specific requirements of the  Small Business Administration (SBA).  This includes a full current owner search (which will show any recorded deed of trust in favor of the SBA) and a 30 year chain of title.

 

Rush services are included at no additional charge.
