How is the title report delivered?

Depending on your needs, we can deliver electronically as as Word, Excel, PDF, or JSON formats. For enterprise integrated clients, we can deliver via an API or Webhook request. 

For standard delivery we use PDF format. When your title search is complete, we will send you an email with a secure link to your report. You will then be able to download the PDF report and save it to your computer. Adobe PDF Readers, as well as modern web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) also support PDF viewing. 

If your report has many attached referenced exhibits/instruments, you will find it helpful to use the embedded bookmarks.
